I agree. There should be enforcement of a minimum level of decency in postings to eliminate racism, sexism, and promotion of violence -- to name a few.

Having said that I realize how difficult it is to enforce standards when virtually anyone is allowed to post. And the skeleton crew running the archive is mostly volunteers as I understand it.
